GTS - T-IA Connect

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the sale of software licenses for T-IA Connect by Mr. Franck PICHARD (the Publisher) to professional or individual customers.

2. Products and Prices

Prices are indicated on the site in Euros (€) and Dollars ($). As an individual entrepreneur, VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the CGI). Licenses are sold as subscriptions or perpetual licenses depending on the chosen offer.

3. Ordering and Payment

Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform. Access to the software and the license key are delivered upon payment validation.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

5. Support and Warranty

The Publisher undertakes to provide technical support via email and to correct reported bugs as soon as possible. No guarantee of result is provided as to the suitability of the software for the client's specific needs.

6. Disputes

Any dispute relating to these GTS will be subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
