Q.Is the license perpetual?
Yes, all our licenses are perpetual (One-time payment). You pay once and own the version forever. You also get one year of free updates included.
Q.Can I install it on multiple machines?
The Standard license is per station (1 PC). The Ultimate license allows installation on up to 5 stations within the same organization.
Q.Do I need TIA Portal installed?
Yes, T-IA Connect acts as a bridge and requires TIA Portal (Openness) to communicate with the project. It supports TIA Portal V17 to V21.
Q.How do I get my invoice?
An invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email immediately after payment via Stripe.
