从电子表格到PLC代码
在TIA Portal中手动编写ISA-88状态机既繁琐又容易出错。FDS(功能设计规范)模块允许您在简单的CSV文件中描述设备(控制模块)和阶段序列,然后自动生成生产就绪的SCL功能块 — 包含HOLD/ABORT处理、状态机逻辑和正确的I/O声明。
先决条件
- T-IA Connect已安装并运行
- 已打开TIA Portal项目(V16–V21)

步骤1:准备CSV文件
CSV遵循ISA-88标准,包含两个部分:[CmTypes]用于设备定义(阀门、泵、传感器),[Phases]用于序列逻辑(状态机)。以下是一个最小示例:

CSV使用分号作为分隔符。每个CmType定义设备模块的I/O接口,每个Phase定义一个包含步骤、进入动作和转换条件的状态机。
步骤2:加载设计规范
您可以通过三种方式加载CSV:通过桌面应用侧边栏中的FDS页面、通过REST API或通过AI副驾驶的MCP工具。以下是API方法:

}加载后,CSV将保存在TIA项目旁边的.tia-connect/cdc/文件夹中,下次将自动重新加载。
步骤3:浏览解析后的模型
加载后,T-IA Connect将CSV解析为ISA-88层次结构:Area → ProcessCell → UnitType → Control Modules + Phases。您可以检查结果:

为任何阶段生成SCL功能块。生成器创建一个完整的状态机,包含VAR_INPUT(Execute、Abort、Hold + 自定义变量)、VAR_OUTPUT(Done、Active、Held、Error)以及包含所有步骤的CASE语句。
